Our team at Meadowbrook Apartments has impressed us with all of their hard work! We have taken some time to look at the numbers and we are beyond proud of our team at Meadowbrook. Out of the 21 properties in our portfolio the team at Meadowbrook managed to be the only site to reach all of their trend goals. Their accomplishments don’t stop there, they have also maintained 95%+ occupancy for the 7th and 8th month in a row for May and June. Not only was the team able to maintain a high occupancy, they also reached all conversion goals month over month for lead to lease, lead to visit, and visit to lease. (A big deal in the multifamily industry!)
