Nine Rockstar Communities Have Been Raked as Top Rated

It is that time of year again that ApartmentRatings announces their Top Rated apartment communities for 2020! This year, nine of our communities made the list: Westport Apartments, The Palms at Chimney Rock, Oak Tree, The Cove Apartments, Brookmore Hollow Apartments, Westwood Village, Newport Oaks, Cedar Ridge Apartments, and Steeplechase Apartments.

Why is it important to us?

Having high resident satisfaction is a primary focus for all of our apartment communities. We want to ensure that each of our residents is experiencing #RockstarLiving in the best way possible.

As a company with 22 apartment communities, we recognize that we get things wrong sometimes. Without the valuable feedback from our residents, we wouldn't know exactly where to improve.

Having our communities on this list is a big sign that we are on the right track. In 2021 we will strive to see further improvement from all of our communities.
