Rockstar Capital’s Property of the Month for July

It's official! The Cove Apartments in Ingleside has been named as our property of the month for July. We want to take some time to thank the Cove team for all of their hard work and dedication to their residents and Rockstar. The Cove has reached a 90% trend for the first time since their takeover last year. The Cove team also worked hard to gain the highest increase in occupancy from June to July, 72% to 81%, with a 99% prelease. They also reached all benchmarks for ratios with the highest lead to lease ratio at 14%. The Cove team is also one of our most active and creative teams on their social media platforms and always come up with creative ways to engage our residents.
