Rockstar Capital’s Property of The Month for February – Westwood Village Apartments

The team at Westwood Village have continued to work hard and remain dedicated to serving their community! Thanks to all of their hard work,dedication and amazing guidance from Aaron Twyman, Westwood Village has been named as Rockstar Capital’s property of the month for February. We are so proud of everyone on team Westwood for always pushing to do their best and come back with results.

Westwood Village has come a long way in just a year. Last April Westwood Village was sitting at 88% occupancy, but things changed when Aaron was sent to the property to work his management magic. Since Aaron’s arrival, he has not only increased occupancy significantly but has also mentored and guided his team to reach their top performance.  We are excited to see the team at Westwood continue to perform highly and continue to break their own records.

Westwood Village Apartments are located in Rosenberg, TX right off of Westwood Drive. They are not only a top performer but also an award-winning company and have been ranked 14th in Houston for their ORA Elite Top1% ranking. Recently remodeled to include life enhancing amenities for our residents and their furry pals, Westwood Village is an amazing community to call home.
