Rockstar Capital’s Properties Ranked Top In The Nation
Last month, Rockstar Capital was ranked second in the nation as a property management company with a total epIQ Index Value at 92.56. This month, eight of our properties have been ranked top in the nation once again by ApartmentRatings’ epIQ index. Only 250 properties nationwide made this list, we are very honored to have eight of our own properties ranked so highly.
We are so proud of all of our properties that made the list, especially Deerbrook Forest and Park at Deerbrook for ranking first and second in the entire nation. Out of our eight properties on the list, half of them ranked highly in the top ten and all of them are within the top 150. Even one of our previously owned properties, Falls of Maplewood, ranked within the top ten properties.
What is ApartmentRatings’ epIQ score and why is it such a big deal to us? An epIQ score is based upon four basic principles; renter ratings, manager review response rate, review volume and manager review response time. All of these factors are very important to us at Rockstar Capital. We believe that every resident should have an opportunity to have their voice heard, positive or negative. Our residents are never afraid to tell us what they think, and we are never afraid to take their feedback seriously. For a more detailed explanation of the epIQ Index read SatisFacts’ blog post on it here.
Even better, ApartmentRatings has begun their phasedimplementation of the epIQ Index onto their own website. With this new implementation, all of our residents and prospects will be able to view our score directly on our ApartmentRatings page when they are doing research on our amazing properties. These scores will update in real time, allowing everyone (including us) to keep their finger closely on the pulse and to see how we are doing.
Again, congratulations to all of our properties that made the list! We are excited and hopeful to have even more properties rank top in the nation next time.
