Rockstar Capital Ranked As Best Place to Work Multifamily

Yesterday, Multifamily Leadership announced the official ranking for the 2020 “Best Places to Work Multifamily” at their Multifamily Leadership Innovation Summit in Scottsdale, Arizona. According to Multifamily Biz, “The multifamily housing industry, serving apartment communities and their residents, contributes more than 3.4 trillion dollars to the economy annually, supporting more than 17.5 million jobs. Not only do apartment homes drive jobs that strengthen local communities, but they also provide individuals and families a place to call their own, as renting has become a smart choice in today’s economy.”

Back in August, Rockstar Capital went through the process of earning this award by not only including a complete breakdown of employee benefits and events but also an “Employee Feedback Report” our Rockstars filled out and shared their thoughts on. This data was then collected from all participating companies and ranked. Out of 58 other companies that made the list for best places to work, Rockstar Capital ranked 22nd. This national achievement brings great pride to Rockstar as we are happy to know that our employees are satisfied with our company culture and priorities.

Patrick Antrim, Founder and CEO of Multifamily Leadership said, ““If you want to know if a particular company is a great place to work, it is as simple as asking the people who work there. The report given to employees of participating companies summarizes “employee engagement, satisfaction data, and written employee comments.”
