Rockstar Capital Officially Takes Over City Crossing

The time has finally come! City Crossing Apartments in Houston, Texas, is officially a part of the Rockstar Capital portfolio. Team Rockstar has been hard at work, ensuring that this day comes and everything moves as smoothly as possible. We are so ecstatic to welcome all of our new residents to the Rockstar Living family. We are striving to serve them to the best of our abilities.

About City Crossing

City Crossing was built in 1981 and contains 458 units within its gated community. Within driving distance are many large Houston employers like; Harris Health System, Kroger, Watco Companies, and Chevron Phillips.

With one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes for our residents to choose from, we are excited to curate a top-quality apartment community with our community and apartment amenities.

Our apartment homes come equipped with valued ceilings, private patios & balconies, generous closet space, custom finishes, and more. Within the community, all residents have access to a yoga studio, three swimming pools, a playground, laundry facilities, a brand-new clubhouse, and a brand-new fitness center.

Rockstar Capital has a lot planned when it comes to updating and improving City Crossing. We are excited to get started on the basics like concrete repairs, landscaping, and roof repairs. Still, we are ecstatic to get moving on the addition of dog parks and pool upgrades for our residents to enjoy.

The New Team

Also, we have new team members to introduce to you. Representing the Team Rockstar attitude is Aaron Twyman, Jordan Greene, and Cesar Deleon. Aaron Twyman is joining the team at City Crossing as Property Manager. He is aided in his efforts by Jordan Greene, Assistant Manager, and Cesar Deleon, Leasing Consultant.

Rockstar Capital is excited to welcome City Crossing team members to our family. Maria Garza will be staying with us as a Leasing Consultant. Our maintenance team will continue to be led by Oscar Esparza. Oscar will be supported by his group consisting of Francisco Cortez, Alejandro Sanguino, and Juan Vazquez. Welcome to the team!
