Rockstar Capital Gives $250 to Every Employee Through #RockstarCares

Rockstar Capital is here for you just as you have been therefor Rockstar Capital,” Robert Martinez wrote in his email to employees titled, YOU are the heartbeat of Rockstar Capital.

The world is currently in a constant state of change and always revising news. Despite the situation, Rockstar Capital has continued to operate at our usual standard to ensure that our residents are taken care of. Our onsite employees are on the front lines everyday offering assistance to residents as well as continuing to show our prospective residents around the property and preform move-ins. Now more than ever, extra effort and attention has been put on all of our communities to ensure that our communication lines to our residents remain open and we ensure that no one is wondering, “What is coming next?”

“I’m hearing about amazing success stories, every single day,on how you, our front-line team, are working with our residents, prospects and just trying to keep the property running forward,” Robert Martinez said. Not even a pandemic has been able to slow Team Rockstar down. We have been continuing to serve our communities while simultaneously following all guidelines and safeguards outlined by the CDC and Harris County city ordinances. Because of this continued dedication to success despite the circumstances,Rockstar Capital, through our charitable arm Rockstar Cares, has decided to say“thank you” to our employees with an additional $250 check coming this Friday.

“I know where you guys are. I know you are there taking care of this company and I hear so many amazing stories and I want to do something for you guys to help you,” Robert Martinez said. After hearing this news on Tuesday evening, Michelle Lowe, Senior Regional Manager at Rockstar Capital, was inspired to let our C-Suite and VP team leaders know how thankful we all are for their generous donation to us. “I wanted to be able to make them smile and to let them all know that we are in this together as Team Rockstar. While I did come up with the idea, it was truly a team effort to pull together and create such a beautiful thank you video,” Michelle said.
