Property of the Month for April - Maple Trails

We are so proud of our team at Maple Trails! They have put in the hard work into their community and residents to deliver great results and supply amazing customer service. With all of their dedication they were able to keep their occupancy at 96% and trend at 97% for two months in a row, March and April. In April they were also able to meet all of their conversion ratios. Congratulations to everyone on the team at Maple Trails, we appreciate all of the hard work that you do for your community and for Rockstar Capital. An additional congratulations to Daniela Flores, the regional manager of Maple Trails, for all of her great leadership and guidance.
