Our Statewide and Nationally Recognized Properties

Today we want to take some time to look back on our properties that have been awarded the property of the year award from the Houston Apartment Association, Texas Apartment Association or the National Apartment Association; HAA, TAA and NAA respectively.

Deerbrook Garden

Back in 2016, we won our second HAA Property of the Year award for Deerbrook Garden. Deerbrook Garden is located in Humble, Texas and its team has continued to show hard work and dedication to our residents. We recently had the opportunity to sit down and get to know Juan and Belen, who make up Deerbrook Garden’s leasing team. In the year of 2016, we also won HAA’s awards for Independent Owner of the Year and Regional Manager of the Year.

Green Meadows & Palms at Chimney Rock

In 2017, we had two HAA Property of the Year winners within our portfolio. Green Meadows Apartments in Houston, Texas and Palms at Chimney Rock in Houston, Texas wowed the judges with the commitment that we show to our residents and surrounding community. We are extremely proud to have won two property of the year awards in one year, bringing our streak up to three as of 2017.

Park at Deerbrook

One of our properties had what it takes to grab the attention of the HAA judges once again. In 2018, Park at Deerbrook in Humble, Texas was awarded the HAA Property of the Year award. Park at Deerbrook continues to be one of our top preforming properties when it comes to resident satisfaction and customer service. In 2019, Park at Deerbrook continued to perform and earned itself the NAA Property of the Year award. This award is nationally recognized by all owners and operators within the multifamily industry.
